**Executive Assistant**
**Job Overview**:
Are you a highly organized and proactive individual? We are currently hiring for an** Executive Assistant** to join our dynamic team. This role is the heartbeat of our daily operations, supporting senior leadership with a variety of essential tasks. With various opportunities for growth, this position is perfect for someone looking to develop their career in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel in a timely manner when required.
- Act as a liaison between the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on important matters.
- Support the executive with special projects and initiatives, providing research and insights to inform decision-making.
- Assist and at times lead in managing projects or tasks from start to finish, ensuring timelines and objectives are met. This includes, overseeing the planning, execution and tracking of the progress of the assigned projects or tasks.
- Maintain a positive relationship with relevant stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree in any industry or field is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive and adaptable with a willingness to learn.
- Strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
- Familiarity and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google G Suite is a plus.
