Secretary Personal Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare, organize and handle confidential documents and correspondence
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports and meeting agendas
- Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external parties
- Handle office administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping and ordering supplies
- Attend meetings, take minutes and ensure follow-ups are completed
- Provide general support to visitors and liaise with other departments as needed
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational and time-management
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and maintain confidentially
- Professional appearance and demeanor
