Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, letters, and contracts.
  • Assist in monitoring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the Legal Department in handling company secretarial matters.
  • Maintain and organize legal files, agreements, and databases.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or reports as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties (law firms, regulatory bodies).
  • Assist in administrative and ad-hoc legal-related tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in legal or related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
  • Good understanding of legal terminology, documents, and processes.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Discreet, responsible, and professional in handling confidential information.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
