Assistant HR Manager

**Job Scope**
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the right talents is hired.
- Oversee employee onboarding, development and training programs.
- Provide guidance on performance management, including setting goals, conducting reviews and handling performance issues.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements.
- Handle employee relations issue, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives and foster a diverse, inclusive and safe environment.
- Prepare and manage HR-related reports and analytics.
- Support management in organization design, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Maintain and enhance HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
- Advise and support line managers on people management issues including coaching and training.
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee records and HR documentation.
**Requirement**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent field.
- Minimum 5 years in Trading / Distributor from FMCG or Retails from Manufacturing /Production.
- Strong knowledge in Employment Act, Malaysia Labour Law and other related legislation.
- Able to work independently and is a highly motivated individual.
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
