**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and verify loan documents, ensure compliance with approvals, and process accurate loan disbursements.
- Handle customer enquiries, conduct interviews, explain loan terms, and provide ongoing support to borrowers and guarantors.
- Gather and assess required documents, assist in credit analysis, and maintain accurate records in the loan system.
- Assist in promote the company’s loan products and services.
- Organize and safeguard all credit documentation and provide general administrative support for smooth daily operations.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in loan processing, credit administration, or customer service.
- _**Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.**_
- Basic understanding of loan documentation, credit procedures, and financial products.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude, responsible, and customer-focused.
