Admin Sales Customer Service

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Promote and sell** Umrah packages, Muslim tours, and domestic/international holiday packages to walk-in and online customers.
- Process **bookings, quotations, invoicing, and payment receipts** accurately.
- Provide **after-sales support**, including travel updates, documentation, and customer follow-ups.
- Assist in **preparing simple sales and customer service reports** for the branch.
- Maintain proper records of **customer databases, payment collections**, and transactions.
- Handle **daily branch administrative tasks**, including stock monitoring, filing, and documentation.
- Support in **basic social media updates**, replying to online inquiries/comments, and promoting ongoing packages.
- Coordinate with HQ for internal procedures including SOP compliance and report submissions.
**Required Qualifications & Experience**:
- Minimum **SPM/STPM/Diploma** in **Business**, **Tourism**, or a related field.
- At least **1-2 years** experience in **sales** or **customer service**; experience in the travel industry is an advantage.
- Able to communicate well in **Bahasa Malaysia and English** (additional languages are a plus).
**Key Skills**:
- Good **salesmanship and customer-handling** skills
- Familiar with **basic invoicing and recordkeeping**:
- Able to work with **Microsoft Word, Excel**, and online platforms
- Organized, responsible, and a **team player**:
- Comfortable working independently and meeting sales goals
**Bonus/Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in **Umrah or travel product knowledge**:
- Able to assist with **basic content posting and replying** on social media (Facebook/Instagram)
- Knowledge of **MOTAC requirements** is an added value
