Multimedia Designer

We are seeking a Multimedia Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work with different teams to create engaging visuals and content that enhance our brand. Your tasks will include designing artwork for various projects, such as marketing materials, digital media, social media content, animations, short videos, and interactive presentations.

You will also be involved in editing videos, creating motion graphics, managing photo/video shoots, and preparing visual assets for web and social platforms. We’re looking for someone who can share fresh ideas, contribute to brainstorming, and create designs that meet our goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create marketing collaterals (e.g., ads, posters, packaging, social media assets, web banners, presentations, etc.).
- Set up and manage in-house photo shoots, including lighting, styling, and retouching.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to brainstorm and conceptualize fresh, trend-aligned ideas for social media content.
- Produce and edit videos or animations for promotional content, tutorials, advertisements, and other multimedia platforms.
- Assist with photo shoots for company events and activities.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Art, Design, Advertising, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related field. (Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, and After Effects in a Mac OS environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative and strategic thinker, adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.
