We are seeking a creative, driven, and hands-on Sales & Marketing Executive to support our marketing and client engagement efforts. This role is ideal for someone with strong design and communication skills, capable of managing content, running ads, and handling client interactions across multiple platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design & Visual Content**
- Design marketing materials such as posters, social media graphics, banners, brochures, and e-flyers.
- Maintain consistency in branding and visual communication across all platforms.

**Content Creation & Social Media**
- Plan and create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
- Write captions, create post schedules, and assist with short video content or reels.

**Client Communication & Support**
- Provide information about products/services and assist in customer onboarding or order handling.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with prospects and customers.

**Leads & Sales Support**
- Organize and track sales leads from online channels and campaigns.
- Follow up with leads to encourage conversions and keep records updated in tracking sheets or CRM tools.
- Assist with preparation of sales kits or marketing packs.

**Digital Ads & Campaigns**
- Assist in creating and managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok ads.
- Monitor ad performance (engagement, reach, spend) and make basic optimizations with guidance.
- Collaborate with management to align ads with marketing goals and seasonal campaigns.

**Reporting & Analytics**
- Track content performance, leads, and ad campaign metrics.
- Prepare weekly or monthly reports and share insights for improvement.
- Suggest creative ideas based on data and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Skilled in Canva or Adobe tools for visual design.
- Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken & written).
- Experience in managing social media platforms and client communication.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads is a plus.
- Responsible, creative, and able to multitask and meet deadlines independently.

**Bonus Skills (Optional but Advantageous)**:

- Basic video editing (CapCut, Canva Video)
- Knowledge of online tools like Google Ads
- Ability to understand customer behavior and suggest content strategies accordingly.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
