**Responsibilities**:
The Reporting Analyst is a key strategic role in the Planning function of UOB Innovation Hub 2. He/she will work together with the function head and service delivery/operations team leads to consolidate and report the delivery of performance driven KPIs based on agreed service levels with the Group.

Ultimately, you will be pivotal in supporting operational and strategic initiatives through meticulous performance driven reporting and analysis.

Primary responsibilities include:
Operations Service Performance
- Consolidate and prepare monthly/quarterly business reports on service level performance across various service lines (i.e. technology delivery and operations).
- Monitor service delivery and operational levels against agreed key performance metrics (KPIs), discuss and follow up on corrective actions as required.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and insights.
- Create reports and dashboards for use in centre management forums.
- Work closely with service delivery and operations team leads and management team and provide strategic insights on service improvement and optimization opportunities.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in organisation-wide performance management reporting, or related experience in service level management and reporting.
- Excellent communication (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills to positively influence people to make the appropriate decisions and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Performance-driven balanced with proven success of working effectively in a cross-functional team in an international environment.
- Process-oriented and possesses a strategic mindset with the ability to have a holistic view.
- Ability to deliver and articulate a presentation confidently and effectively to a wider project committee and management.
- Strong attention to detail, good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise with changing situations.
- Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Relevant experience in the financial services industry, particularly in technology and banking operations, is advantageous.

EDUCATION
- Degrees from any recognised University or recognised establishment (Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field will be beneficial)
