As the BIM Manager for the Asia-Pacific region, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a Building Information Modelling (BIM) strategy that aligns with the companys objectives and project requirements across the APAC region. Your role will involve acting as a key collaborator between the clients team, design team, contractor team, and supply chain to ensure cohesive project execution. You will be based in Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a BIM strategy tailored to the specific needs and objectives of projects in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Act as a central point of contact and collaborator between stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with BIM standards.
- Oversee the production and management of project information models, ensuring they contain accurate 3D visualisations, data, drawings, and schedules.
- Establish and maintain BIM standards and procedures, ensuring consistency and quality across projects in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Provide training and support to project teams in the Asia-Pacific region on BIM processes and tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and integrate them into company practices to enhance efficiency and outcomes in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Monitor the progress of BIM-related tasks throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to completion, in APAC projects.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with BIM implementation and model accuracy in projects across the Asia-Pacific region.
- Ensure that all BIM deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations in APAC projects.
- Generate reports on BIM progress, performance, and compliance for senior management and stakeholders, with a focus on projects in the Asia-Pacific region.
