**About the role**

Proficient and proactive Team Leader with **3-4 years** of experience in maintaining workflow, accomplishing production plans, and managing staff. An empathic and energetic leader with the capability to work in a team setting while keeping effective communication with workers to delegate assignments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead staff to produce manufactured products, and organizes and monitors workflow
- Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising job results
- Assist production manager to trains operators
- Maintains workflow by monitoring and upgrading processes
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, resolving problems, and reporting of the processing flow on shift production summaries
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing production standards
- Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs and evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all equipment, and resources, and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures

- ** Graduate with a technical certificate or diploma in engineering or an industry-related field**:

- **Gain 3-4 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, production operation and advantage to individual have experience in Sheet Metal industry**:

- **Experience in drive forklift and reach truck**
- Experience with process knowledge
- People management and leadership skills
- Must possess good communication skills - written & verbal
- Must be able to use Microsoft office software (word, excel, outlook and etc)
- Team player and must be able to work with operators, managers, engineers, etc
