The Sales team in Novo Nordisk Malaysia consists of highly motivated professionals passionate about combating diabetes. We take pride in our heritage, life-changing products, and the difference we make in the world. - This role reports to the Professional Area Sales Manager (Klang Valley). **The position** As a Professional Medical Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving market share growth within the assigned region. - Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and diagnose the market to develop and execute an effective territory plan. - Build strong, effective relationships with customers, providing them with detailed information about our products, devices, and indications. - Ensure consistent and timely follow-up with customers to meet their needs. - Actively participate in regional meetings, national conferences, and other professional engagements. - Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, and Clinical Medical Regulatory (CMR) teams to optimize sales outcomes for Novo Nordisk products. **Qualifications** - Minimum 3 years of field sales experience, particularly in the Klang Valley general practitioner (GP) and/or aesthetic sector. - Familiarity with chronic diseases and non-insured therapeutic areas. - Bachelor’s degree in science, business, marketing, or an equivalent field. - Positive, dynamic, and results-driven self-starter with excellent networking skills. - Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within Peninsular Malaysia. **Working at Novo Nordisk** At Novo Nordisk, we don’t wait for change.
