Responsible for Coordination, planner process for TRUMPF Malaysia

Job Responsibilities:

- Appointment scheduling with customer considering the availability of a purchase order (according to the local guidelines) aligned with arrival of parts and tools
- Communication of mission dates to in-house and field technicians
- Change mission duration in case of deviation
- Route planning for missions
- Use of service information system (SIS)
- Check and ensure availability of spare parts, wear parts and tools at customer or with the technician, Check when part is going to be on-site
- Selection of technicians for missions
- Fixing the date of the mission in accordance with customer and field technician
- Cost and time optimized travel planning
- Plan according to priorities and competence of the technicians
- Report service manager in time about capacity shortages
- Inform service manager in case of skill problems of field technician (deviation from qualification matrix)
- Manage other administrative, office and technical tasks as assigned by the immediate superior

Job Requirements:

- A diploma in Business Administration or any related discipline
- 1-3 years working experience in coordination/ organization or any similar field
- Good command of English - both spoken and written, added advantage for knowledge of Mandarin
- Team player with strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills
- Proactive working attitude
- Excellent communication skills
