**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and plan all service appointments by contacting customers daily.
- Follow up and reschedule missed services to prevent service backlogs.
- Call customers to confirm visits.
- Accurately and efficiently input all schedule and customer information into the in-house system.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to find available slots for new sales scheduling.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written). Mandarin is a plus.
- Minimum qualification: SPM certificate or equivalent.
- Experience as a Scheduler or Planner in any industry.
- Customer Service experience.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
