**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**:

- Handling and responsible for Recruitment, Orientation and on-boarding new Employees.
- To handle on-board documents for new hires.
- Conduct Exit Interview/Inquiry and employee offboarding process.
- Monitor and process staff movement such as probation, confirmation, transfer, salary adjustment, resignation, termination etc.
- To liaise with Agent on all Foreign Worker matter.
- Assist in coordinating external and internal training courses and follow up with all HRDF related matters, keep all training and development records updated.
- Plan, implement and participating in training and development and employee welfare.
- Prepare employee personal file and ensure all required documents is submitted.
- Maintain all hard and soft copy files and records in a systematic filing system for easy reference and retrieval.
- Liaise and support all departments on any HR and administrative matters.
- Perform any other duty & responsibility which the immediate superior or the company may assign from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**:
**EDUCATION LEVEL & MAJOR**

**YEARS OF EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in HR related field. **Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.**

**REQUIRED LANGUAGE**

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to deal with all level of employees.
- Punctual, disciplined, and attentive to details.
- Can manage time well and efficient in doing various tasks.

**WORKING HOURS & OFF DAY**
- Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
