**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare and issue cost-related invoices to clients based on shipping and logistics services rendered.
- Ensure accuracy in billing by verifying charges and matching with supporting documentation.
- Send out invoices to clients within established timelines.
- Maintain billing records and documentation in an organized manner.
- Resolve any billing discrepancies in coordination with internal departments.
- Assist in month-end billing and reporting activities.
- Perform other billing-related or administrative tasks as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Basic understanding of billing and invoicing processes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
