Sales Coordinator

**Job Description:
- **
- Prepare a quotation within 24 hours.
- Prepare Event Order (EO) for confirm event / booking.
- Updating and monitor Sales System booking.
- Attend walk-in client or appointment client.
- Maintain rapport, PR & customer service for existing clients and prospect for new clients.
- Update client database & report in the system.
- Meet the quality standard in working area.
- Perform any other duties that may required by Sales Executive/Sales manager/Director of Sales and Management from time to time.
- Update monthly report (Materialized function, Tentative booking & Lost business)
- Perform any other duties that may required by Management from time to time.
**Job Requirements:
- **
- Certificate / Diploma / Degree in a hotel management / public relation / customer service or equivalent
- Good Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Speak with others using clear and professional language.
- Working knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
- Be friendly, customer centric, smile and able to work in a team environment.
- At least 1 year (s) working experience in sales & marketing division - Hospitality industry would be advantages.

- **Working Hour**:Monday to Friday, (_Wiling to work extra hours to support Sales Event - Weekday, Weekend & PH: Replacement hour and leave_**).**:
- **Salary Range**: Up to RM3,000/month
- **Location**:Shah Alam, Selangor
- **Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.**
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
