We are currently seeking **Learning Specialist **to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. **About The Job Leads complex learning projects and ensures the effective implementation of the learning plan within their scope. - Works with managers to identify team and individual capability levels and gaps - Recommends suitable learning options to meet individual and team requirements, considering appropriate delivery channels - Partners managers and employees to ensure that they understand the learning plan and their role in delivering it - Engages with managers and employees to ensure that the company is in compliance at all times with relevant learning legislation - Facilitates complex internal learning events and workshops for key or strategic population - Evaluates learning activities for effectiveness, continually seeking ways to improve - Works with internal and third-party providers to deliver learning plans, monitors service levels and gives timely feedback - Monitors learning costs against agreed budgets - Maintains systems, processes and local policy to effectively manage and monitor learning activity - Manage learning funds and budget and allocated the cost back to business unit effectively - Provide effective reporting and data analytics for business decision Job Scope: - Seniority / Working experience in the role: Advisor to the business on L&D programs - Expertise and autonomy: Leads various complex learning projects; Develops specific and complex Learning programs and/or processes Population served: > 1000 people Job Main Challenges - Leading and implementing complex and diverse learning solutions for a large and diverse population across multiple countries and sites in the APAC region. **About You - Bachelor’s degree (preferably HR related) - 5 to 7 years of experience in Learning activities - Planning and organizational skills - Presentation skills - Data analytic and visualization - Fluent in English - Excellent communication skills (listen, analyze and influence people) - Comprehensive knowledge on Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001 and the learning levy management Awareness on other relevant acts within the scope for Malaysia and other APAC region. **What’s next?
