Talent Acquisition Associate

You will champion an end-to-end talent acquisition cycle(sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and building pipeline)including internship and graduate training programmes. -You will support in maintaining accurate data in the Talent Acquisition database and other HR-related reports. -You will execute and support Talent Acquisition events such as career fairs, and university engagement activities. -You will collaborate with the Head of Departments in developing a yearly/ quarterly hiring plan. -You will drive the HR process improvement-related digitalization project/ employee engagement and branding activities. -To perform any other duties and responsibilities in relation to the Talent Acquisition function as and when required by the reporting manager.
