We are excited to be adding an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to our HR team in Penang In this role, you will be responsible for accomplishing results through the execution and delivery of an end to end, full-cycle recruitment process for our openings in Malaysia. Seeking an individual that is well versed in hiring trends; a significant portion of your efforts will be focused on sourcing high quality professionals.

Our approach is consultative and very hands-on. Each team member is tasked to hit tight deadlines and deliver high-quality service to our internal customers.

**About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or other relate fields
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in MNC or Agency as a Recruiter
- Good communication skills in English
- Proven record of successful recruiting for niche positions

**It would be great if you also have...**
- Recruiting experiences of other countries in APAC
- Language skills in Mandarin, Japanese or Korean

**What will you be doing in this role?**
- Consult with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding their recruitment needs and deliver solutions efficiently and cost effectively
- Recommend process improvements and cost reduction opportunities
- Ensure all internal / external compliance processes and regulatory requirements are adhered to

**About the Team**

Clarivate’s Talent Acquisition team consist of ~50 global recruiters partnering with business leaders across the globe to understand the talent needs of the organization, implement hiring strategies to attract strong talent and leverage knowledge to fill positions by using best practices of the Talent Acquisition function.

**Hours of Work**
- This is a_ fixed term position_ for 6 months, primarily working core business hours, with flexibility to adjust as needed. _
- This is a hybrid position working in the office up to 3 days a week._
