Your primary objective will be to assist customers in finding the perfect furniture pieces to suit their needs and preferences while ensuring a positive shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Assistance**: Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and actively engage with them to determine their furniture requirements. Offer expert advice and product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

**Product Presentation**: Maintain a neat and organized furniture showroom, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and effectively merchandised. Arrange furniture pieces in an appealing manner to highlight their features and functionality.

**Sales Generation**: Proactively approach customers to promote furniture items and upsell additional products or accessories as appropriate. Utilize effective sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the store.

**Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, styles, and features of furniture products available in the store.

**Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture or home furnishings industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a genuine desire to assist customers and exceed their expectations.
- Knowledge of furniture styles, materials, and construction techniques preferred.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the retail schedule.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
