**CANDIDATE MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL AS THE ROLE REQUIRES FREQUENT OUTSTATION**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee process quality control.
- Attend to customer complaints and suppliers where necessary (when impacting/affected by quality issues).
- Identify product quality issues daily by reviewing field parts return, conducting root cause analysis, issuing NCR, and reviewing and releasing PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
- Ensure all incoming materials, in-process materials, and final products are tested as per documented procedures.
- Ensure effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
- Quality administration and manpower planning.
- Determine, negotiate, and agree on in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
- Lead the IQC team, arrange jobs for QC operators, monitor their performance, and maintain the quality of incoming parts.
- Specify quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers as and when required.
- Determine, negotiate, and agree on in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
- Coordinate with Technical and Engineering teams to develop strategies for new products.
- Provide engineering support for all activities in the product development process, including reviewing BOM, SOP, register of material, register of drawing, storage of master copy, etc.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
- Handle and control company ISO QMS9001 documentation.
- Register for new procedures and forms, ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.
- Ensure all stakeholders are aware of new products and/or changes in products.
- Maintain 5S, good housekeeping, and discipline, fostering a conducive and effective working environment.
- Ensure compliance with the company's ISO9001 Standards and Quality Management System at all times.
- Perform other duties as and when assigned or requested.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
