Supervise daily construction operations and manage on-site staff.
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers.
- Maintain quality control and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
- Conduct site inspections and enforce safety procedures.
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure alignment with construction activities.
- Manage work schedules, materials, and equipment on-site.
- Train and mentor construction workers and other staff.
- Document site activities, including daily reports, logs, and records of incidents.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

What we're looking for:
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in reading and interpreting AUTOCAD drawing
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
- Through knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of construction workers
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, (Optional : AutoCAD)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
