**Why this role?**

EITA Resources Berhad acquired a 60% stake in TransSystem Continental Sdn Bhd (TSC) on 2016. TSC is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and as such we are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our project team. You will be responsible for the erection works at site are in accordance to technical specification to ensure TNB schedule within the timeline.

**What will you be doing?**
- Stationed at site to coordinate site construction works.
- Report on project progress to Project Manager (PM) or Project Engineer (PE).
- Provide company overall advice and monitoring of all erection supervisors in other projects.
- Plan and organize manpower for erection or construction works.
- Provide and organize training for Site Supervisors, as and when necessary.
- Attend to all issues pertaining to Erection or Construction works.
- Ensure works at site is conducted according with Method of Statement (MS) to ensure safety of workers and workplace.
- Coordinate with Consultant on any drawing error or misunderstanding.
- Raise Request for Inspection (RFI) for inspection with Contractor and Client.
- Attend meeting with client to report on site progress if required.
- Ensure site has proper filing of drawings and documents for audit purposes.
- Submission of Erection or Construction method statements and manuals for TNB approval before work starts and, TNB acceptance of TransSystem Continental Sdn Bhd as nominated Erection or Construction Subcontractor.

**Are you the one?**
- At least a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Construction related or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil construction or infrastructure project, to be eligible for RAA training requirement.
- Possess own transport, willingness to travel and work at different sites as required.
- 1 year contract and renewable based on business needs or performance.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, good interpersonal skills, and ability to provide solutions for problem-solving.
- Willing to work occasionally on Saturday based on TNB requirement.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
