**Safety Oversight**: Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- **Training and Development**: Organize and deliver safety training sessions for employees, subcontractors, and visitors to promote awareness of safety practices and procedures.
- **Incident Management**: Investigate accidents and near-misses, documenting findings and recommending preventive measures to avoid future incidents.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety laws and best practices.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and maintain safety records, reports, and documentation for management and regulatory agencies as required.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with project managers, workers, and health and safety committees to foster a proactive safety culture and address safety concerns promptly.
- **Emergency Preparedness**: Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures, ensuring all personnel are trained and equipped to handle emergencies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field (preferred).
- Certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in a safety supervisor role, preferably in construction or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
