This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a well-regarded organization within the Insurance industry, liaising with Group level stakeholders and business heads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **HR Operations**:Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations, manage HR processes and systems, and ensure day-to-day HR matters are handled effectively.
- **Business Partnership**:Partner with business leaders to provide expert HR advice, manage employee relations, and execute HR initiatives that support business goals.
- **Project Involvement**:Actively participate in HR-related projects and contribute to process improvements.
- **HR Reporting**: Produce executive, management, standard, and ad-hoc reports using HR reporting tools. Proactively create reporting solutions to address specific business needs.

**Requirements**:
