**JOB PURPOSE** Serve as the "Sales Associate " for our brand, embodying its philosophy and values. Your role is to maximize sales performance by fostering customer relationships and building brand loyalty. Provide a unique in-store experience and guide clients through our brand's world. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an excellent in-store experience at all times. - Develop and maintain client relationships using a personalized approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools. - Actively engage in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs. - Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors. - Demonstrate thorough brand and product knowledge. - Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary. - Maintain high standards for the shop floor and visual displays, following company operational guidelines and stock procedures. - Contribute to high-level security and prevent product thefts. - Manage daily store operations. - Provide excellent customer service and maintain a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image. - Establish and maintain client relationships with current and potential customers. - Inform customers about new products, services, and changes. - Address client inquiries and concerns. - Execute sales plans and participate in marketing events and promotion programs. - Communicate in-store activity feedback to store management. - Perform other duties as assigned. **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS** - At least 1 year of relevant experience in high-end fashion, the luxury industry, or a similar capacity. - Passion for the retail industry with strong selling skills. - An appreciation for fashion and quality products. - Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. - Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a pleasant, service-oriented attitude. - Basic computer skills. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Pay: RM1,012.38 - RM15,100.00 per month **Benefits**: - Additional leave - Health insurance - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Schedule: - Afternoon shift - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Commission pay - Performance bonus
