1. **Sales & Business Development**
- Actively identify and approach potential customers in manufacturing, construction, engineering, and automotive industries.
- Promote and sell various types of fasteners including screws, nuts, bolts, washers, and custom parts.

2. **Customer Relationship Management**
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits, calls, and support.
- Handle inquiries, provide product recommendations, and follow up on quotations.

3. **Technical Knowledge & Support**
- Collaborate with the technical team or supplier for complex requirements.

4. **Order Processing & Coordination**
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
- Track delivery schedules and resolve any order-related issues.

5. **Market Intelligence & Reporting**
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Submit weekly sales reports and update management on sales performance and new opportunities.

6. **Trade Shows & Client Visits**
- Participate in trade exhibitions, customer visits, and product presentations to showcase offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience (preferably in industrial products or fasteners).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Able to read basic technical drawings or product specs (an advantage).
- Possess own transport and willing to travel locally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
