**Job Overview**

We are looking for a **Customer Service Representative** to provide exceptional face-to-face service and administrative support. This role involves assisting walk-in customers, managing inquiries, handling transactions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience while supporting office operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with inquiries, purchases, and product recommendations.
- Handle customer concerns, returns, and exchanges with professionalism.
- Process transactions, issue receipts, and ensure accurate payment handling.
- Maintain a neat and welcoming front desk and service area.
- Assist with stock management, restocking, and inventory checks.
- Support administrative tasks such as order processing, invoicing, and data entry.
- Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Experience is accounting systems.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Malay and/or Chinese is an advantage.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum **SPM/Diploma** in Business, Customer Service, or related fields.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or administrative roles is preferred.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
