**Responsibilities:

1. Manage Service & Maintenance business activities and continuously expand maintenance sales contract coverage.

2. Manage the Service & Maintenance team (more than 20 staff) to ensure a smooth operation of all service & maintenance activities in the office and at the Client's site.

3. To coordinate Bomba inspection schedule, and meetings and attend site visits with clients and local authorities e.g. Bomba inspection, etc.

4. To check and approve a material requisition, quotation, and sub-contractor claims.

5. Work closely with the Project Director to provide the utmost support to ensure the smooth operation of service and maintenance works at the Client’s site.

6. To ensure service & maintenance staff equipment (PPE) are well prepared.

7. To ensure all works are done according to SOP and ISO management standards and staff adhere to OSH policy.

8. To manage staff work schedules and prepare monthly reports.

9. Any other task assigned by HOD/ Top Management.

**Job Requirements:

1. At least a Diploma/ Degree or equivalent in the M&E Engineering field.

2.More than 8 year of experience in M&E service projects, safety/buildings/construction/machinery/electrical/engineering industry.

3. Responsible, Self-driven, and motivated with strong leadership qualities.

4. Resourceful, excellent troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with good judgment and able to deliver results with a sense of urgency.

5. Good communication & correspondence skills with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD knowledge.

6. Language: English, Mandarin & Malay

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
