Operations Administrative Receptionist Assistant

**Operations Responsibilities**:
- Assist in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business functions.
- Support process improvements and workflow optimization.
- Coordinate with different departments to streamline operations.
- Prepare reports and documentation for management review.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and documentation.
**Administrative Assistant Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and organize company records, files, and databases (digital and physical).
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for managers or departments.
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Support HR with basic administrative tasks such as leave tracking or onboarding paperwork.
- Handle office procurement, petty cash records, and basic bookkeeping.
- Ensure general upkeep and organization of the office environment.
**Receptionist Responsibilities**:
- Greet and attend to visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier arrangements.
- Manage visitor logs, security access (if required), and appointment bookings.
- Provide basic company information and support visitor needs.
**Research Assistant Responsibilities**:
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and organizing data for internal projects or business intelligence.
- Conduct background research, literature reviews, or market research as needed.
- Support the preparation of research reports, charts, and presentations.
- Maintain research documentation and ensure proper referencing and archiving.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify information needs and deliver insights.
**Job Types**: Internship, Student job
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
