- Prepare drawings assigned by Lead or any other task assigned accordingly.
- Create accurate and detailed technical drawings, plans and diagrams based on specifications provided by Lead, Design and Project team.
- Proficient in using CAD and/or BIM software adherence to company, industry and project requirement and standard.
- Familiar in drafting of Mechanical and/or Electrical services.
- Collaborate with Design and Project team to understand drawings requirement.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on Design Specifications and Project Timelines.
- Participate in design meetings to provide input on drawing requirements and constraints.
- Perform own self quality check on drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with relevant standards and requirements.
- Take off quantity according to the services drawn.
- Manage workload efficiently to meet project deadline and milestones.
- Prioritize task effectively and allocate time and resources accordingly.
- Communicate any potential delays or obstacles to Lead and/or Design / Project team in a timely manner.
- Overall self-improvement on continuous learning to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- In-depth knowledge of BIM/CAD principles, standards, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with construction, design, and project management processes.
- Experience with clash detection and resolution is a bonus.

**Education**:

- Training or certification in BIM/CAD-related technologies is a plus.
- Diploma or Certificate related to Draughting / Modelling

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1-2 years in cleanroom
- Familiar in drafting of Mechanical and/or Electrical services.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
