**JOB SUMMARY**:
The **Admin Clerk (Truck Maintenance)** will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Truck Maintenance Department. The role requires maintaining accurate records, coordinating maintenance schedules, processing documentation, and ensuring efficient communication within the department and with external vendors.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**1. Record-Keeping**:
Maintain and update maintenance logs, records of repairs, services, inspections, and equipment history.

**2. Scheduling**:
Assist in scheduling regular maintenance and repairs for the truck fleet, coordinating with the maintenance team and external service providers.

**3. Documentation**:
Prepare and process maintenance-related documents such as purchase orders, service agreements, invoices, and work orders.

**4. Inventory Management**:
Track and monitor spare parts and maintenance supplies inventory, ensuring sufficient stock levels and ordering supplies when necessary.

**5. Data Entry**:
Input data related to truck repairs, servicing, fuel usage, and other relevant metrics into the system.

**6. Vendor Coordination**:
Liaise with external vendors for repair services, procurement of parts, and related services. Ensure timely processing of vendor invoices.

**7. Compliance Monitoring**:
Ensure all maintenance activities are compliant with safety and regulatory standards. Maintain up-to-date records for vehicle inspections and certifications.

**8. Reporting**:
Assist in generating reports on fleet performance, maintenance costs, and downtime for review by the HOD Maintenance / Management

**9. Communication**:
Serve as a point of contact for the maintenance department, handling internal and external inquiries related to truck maintenance and repairs.

**10. General Administrative Support**:
**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- Must have license B2/D/GDL (optional)
- Proven experience as an administrative clerk or in a similar role, preferably within a truck maintenance or logistics department.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and experience with maintenance or logistics software is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of truck maintenance procedures and parts (preferred but not required).

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
