**Job Summary**:
The Global Business Partner Leader is accountable for the enhanced enablement and implementation of people programs for a major business function (CEO Staff). Partners with the Global Executive Business Partner to inform People strategies and supports the implementation.
**Responsibility: A **ccountable for the enhanced enablement and implementation of people programs for a major business function (CEO Staff)**:
- Leads team of GBPs to ensure leader readiness and execution of all People programs:
- Reach Performance Annual Reviews, Check-Ins, and Promotions
- Annual base pay, stock, and bonus review cycle
- Team member engagement survey
- Performance Support Plans (PSP), corrective action, demotions, and conflict resolution
- Organization management (org structure, job title alignment and mapping)
- Prepares and presents insightful metrics and analytics roll-up summaries of People programs for CEO Staff/Extended staff review and approval
- Partner with M4+ people leaders to provide 1:1 coaching and guidance related to career growth and planning, development, and other People matters
- Owns the gathering and sharing of customer feedback on People programs with centers of excellence through appropriate channels
**Responsibility**:Partners with the Global Executive Business Partner to inform People strategies and supports the implementation**:
- Shares observations and insights from partnerships with M4+ leaders with GEBPs to inform functional and regional People strategies
- In support of the GEBP, influences and supports execution of the following strategic initiatives through People analytics, presentation of metrics, material preparation, and sharing of insights:
- Strategic workforce planning; Global footprint optimization/refresh; People movement (Acquisitions, divestitures, site closures, RIFs)
- Organization design, transition change management
- Diversity and inclusion strategy
- VP Onboarding (org specific)
- People strategy aligned to business strategy
- Provides guidance to GEBPs regarding best practices
**Lead, develop and manage Global Business Partnering team**:
- Director/Sr. Manager leads a team of senior level IC’s and/or other managers/senior managers
- Exercises significant oversight across multiple organizational units, sites, countries and regions.
- Demonstrates broad impact through significant direct and dotted-line employee reporting relationships
- Sets overall program objectives and priorities, allocates financial and human capital for business level support, programs and projects, e nsures timely and effective delivery
- O ptimize People team headcount
- Within internal customer groups, directs the effectiveness of the People operating model, programs and service delivery
- Ensures that the GBP team has capacity and capabilities that are aligned with business strategy AND are continually developing their business and People acumen
- Engages and sets an empowering and collaborative environment within the Business and People Teams
**Additional Responsibilities**:
Implements corporate policy at the business unit or division level. Facilitates organization and leadership development efforts, working with employees and managers to address root causes of people issues. Assists senior management in the development of solutions through cultural and process perspective organizational development. Develops and drives company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, stock option grants renewal, workforce planning, and organizational change). Often viewed as a strategic business partner, change agent, and member of the line management staff.
