Admin Protege Trainee (Ref. No. R1007249)

You will enjoy having these responsibilities:
As a Protege in the Admin department, your key responsibilities are:
- Implement clerical duties and administrative processes.- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.- Receive, sort, and distribute the mail.- Maintain computer and manual filing systems.- Maintain contact lists.- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.- Research and create presentations.- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.- Coordinate repairs to office equipment.- Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues.- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.- Provide polite and professional communication.- Collect data and maintain database.- Provide administrative support to internal teams.- Assist in creating, drafting and editing media for our communications (e.g., press releases, publications, and social media posts).- Update databases and media lists.- Facilitate effective internal communications.

You have:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Business Administration, Office Management or any related field.- Experience in MS Office Suite & any media editing software (optional but preferred).- Good multitasking and organizational skills.- Can work in team, proactive and self-motivated.- Ensure accuracy in tasks and maintain high standards in all work.- Manage time effectively and keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines.- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.- Adjust to new tasks and changes in the work environment with ease.- Able to identify issues and find effective solutions quickly.- Work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment.- Take initiative and are eager to learn and take on new challenges.- Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.- Provide friendly and efficient service to internal and external stakeholders.- Comfortable using various software and technology tools, including graphic design and video editing software if required.
