Technical Support Protege Trainee (Ref. No.1010698)

at our location in Kuala-Lumpur

You will enjoy having these responsibilities:

- The skill for the data analytical.
- The understand the circuit diagrams.
- Networking / Data Communication System knowledge would be preferred.
- Facilitating workshops and other meetings, including documenting agendas, minutes and following-up where appropriate.
- Interfacing with the customer and support the testing activities.

You have:

- Bachelor level in a relevant discipline (e.g. Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications / Mechanical Engineering), Postgraduate qualifications are welcome but not essential.
- Strong MS Office skills (for example: the knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint...etc.), and skill of AutoCAD and other software (ex: relvant Engineering Software) which will be the benefit throughout this role.
- Ability to work in a team environment.- Maintaining a high degree of professionalism in the job and in relations with others.
- The skills to grasp complex technical concepts quickly, including process flows and policies.
- The ability to collate information and produce comprehensive reports.
- An eye for detail and the ability to analyse problems and develop practical solutions.- The skills to plan and organise workload and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
