Technical Support Protege Trainee (Ref. No. R1010961)

at our location in Kuala-Lumpur

You will enjoy having these responsibilities:

Reporting to the Project Manager, the candidates will be ready to assist the Technical Engineer for the Project activities.

• The skill for the data analytical.

• The understand the circuit diagrams.

• Networking / Data Communication System knowledge would be preferred.

• Facilitating workshops and other meetings, including documenting agendas, minutes and following-up where appropriate.

• Interfacing with the customer and support the testing activities.

You have:

• Bachelor level in a relevant discipline (e.g. Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications / Mechanical Engineering), Postgraduate qualifications are welcome but not essential.

• Strong MS Office skills (for example: the knowledge of Word, Excel and ), and skill of  AutoCAD and other software (ex: relvant Engineering Software) which will be the benefit throughout this role.

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Maintaining a high degree of professionalism in the job and in relations with others.

• The skills to grasp complex technical concepts quickly, including process flows and policies.

• The ability to collate information and produce comprehensive reports.

• An eye for detail and the ability to analyse problems and develop practical solutions.

• The skills to plan and organise workload and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
