Duties:

- Manage the billing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects. This includes tasks such as preparing and sending invoices, tracking payments, resolving billing inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to enable data-driven decision-making in the billing, identifying discrepancies within billing data and offering actionable recommendations for enhancement.
- Administer intercompany transactions, along with their reporting and reconciliation, to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
- Ensure that collections from countries are received within stipulated credit terms to maintain cash flow integrity.
- Support the revenue analysis for the business
- Provide comprehensive support to countries on all aspects of invoicing, pricing and cost recharge processes to facilitate seamless financial operations.
- Responsible for e-invoicing submissions for the company.
- Ensure that e-invoices are submitted to the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) promptly and fully complying with all e-invoicing requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum - Degree Holder or Partial Professional Accounting qualification recognised by Malaysian Institution of Accountants (MIA).
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in finance and accounting roles

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
