- **Proactive Passenger Support**:

- Anticipate passenger needs and provide proactive support to enhance their journey.
- Stay informed about flight schedules, policies, and any relevant updates to assist passengers effectively.
- **Crisis Management**:

- Handle challenging situations, such as flight delays or cancellations, with empathy and professionalism.

**Qualifications**:

- Native Korean speaker with fluent proficiency in English.
- Previous customer service experience in the airline or related industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
