Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative specializing in distributing Amway products. This role offers you the opportunity to be a part of a company dedicated to bringing premium wellness and beauty products to customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking information about Amway products, order processing, and product inquiries.
- Educate customers on the benefits of Amway products and assist them in finding solutions that suit their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to effectively promote and sell Amway products.
Qualifications:
- fluency on Mandarin,English reading and writting
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries with tact and professionalism.
- Sales experience or a strong interest in sales and promoting products.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and systems.
- Passion for health, wellness, and beauty products.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
