**JOB OBJECTIVE**

Prepare monthly and annual financial report in compliance to approved accounting standards, financial analysis, audited annual financial accounts and annual business plan & perform cash flow management in order to achieve high level of operational efficiency.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

▪ Ensure timely completion and accuracy of the full set of financial reports, management reports, and filing to Custom Department including bank reconciliation, schedules, journal entries, account payable and account receivables

▪ Preparation of financial forecasting and budgeting to management for decision making process

▪ Act as key reviewer of all accounting entries and ensure compliance with accounting treatment adopted by the Company

▪ Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and bankers in ensuring compliance in all matters relating to audits, taxation and statutory requirements.

▪ Attend audit queries and deliver audit requests to ensure they meet all submission timeline

▪ Monitoring cash inflows and outflows by ensuring timely payment and receipt of revenue.

**WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION**

▪ Mondays to Fridays (09:00 am to 06:00 pm)

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
