**1. Assistant Branch Manager**:

- Support and assist the Branch Manager in managing daily operations, including staff supervision, customer service, sales performance, providing guidance and coaching, and support to ensure productivity and performance targets are met.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among team members.

**2. Customer Service**:

- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service at all times by maintaining high standards of service delivery and resolving customer issues promptly.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and escalate to superior whenever needed in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist the Branch Manager to lead the team and participate actively in membership recruitment.

**3. Staff Management**:

- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members using company SOP and guidelines to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

**4. Inventory Management**:

- Assist the Branch Manager in managing the inventory of the store, including receiving, ordering and replenishment of merchandises to meet customers’ demand and minimize shrinkage of stocks.
- Conduct regular stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records and identify any discrepancies**.**:

- Monitor store team in performing regular and systematic stock check to ensure stocks freshness and quality.

**Working Location : 10-20, Jalan Sp 5/4, Pusat Perdagangan Bsp, Bandar Saujana Putra, 42610 Jenjarom, Selangor**

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From RM1,600.00 per month
