- **Reporting **:Helpdesk and operations assistants prepare and distribute reports, such as operational activity reports and sales reports.
- **Compliance **:Helpdesk and operations assistants ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Research **:Helpdesk and operations assistants may conduct research and analyze data to identify solutions to problems.

**Requirements**:
Minimum have a **Diploma** certificate Information Technology ( IT )

**Location**: ⁠Bandar Saujana Putra, 42610 Jenjarom, Selangor

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
