**1. Procurement & Cost Efficiency**
- Source and evaluate suppliers (chemical & packaging materials) and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery.
- Maintain supplier price records and implement cost-saving and benchmarking strategies.

**2. Maintenance Purchase & Compliance**
- Review maintenance purchase requests, verify quantities and pricing, and check job completion before payment.
- Coordinate with Maintenance to track usage and avoid overstocking.

**3. Material Planning & Scheduling**
- Plan raw material purchases based on production and sales forecasts.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with customers and ensure timely material availability.

**4. Inventory & Warehouse Management**
- Oversee warehouse operations, ensure proper chemical handling (MSDS, FIFO), and conduct stock counts.
- Manage slow/non-moving stocks and prepare monthly reports (e.g., stock reconciliation).

**5. Logistics & Shipping**
- Coordinate shipments (local & overseas), manage customs documentation, and optimize freight costs.

**6. Costing & Reporting**
- Prepare monthly reports (KPI, stock, cost analysis) and maintain cost-saving trackers and supplier comparisons.

**7. Process Improvement**
- Identify and implement process improvements and support digitalization initiatives.

**8. Compliance & Risk Management**
- Ensure adherence to policies and regulations, maintain audit documentation, and manage supplier disputes.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in similar role, preferably in **manufacturing**:

- Good communication in Mandarin & English
- Strong analytical skills and attentive to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge on any inventory system is a plus
- Excellent negotiation, problem solving and leadership skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
