SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTIVE & PROCUREMENT

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for candidate who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of supply chain projects from inception to completion. Your primary responsible will include project order management, overseeing delivery schedules, coordinating with vendors and ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment of project orders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure that all project requirements are met efficiently and within budget. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying potential risks and implementing solutions to ensure continuous improvement in supply chain processes

Position: Supply Chain Executive

Salary Range: MYR3,500 – MYR4,000

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Warehouse/Logistics

• To provide supervision and planning on receiving raw material and delivery finish products.
• Overall, in-charge import container & iso tank haulage arrangement.
• To coordinate with transporter for custom clearance.
• Verify transport cost for payment processing.
• Verify the receiving and delivery goods.
• Update time to time on transport arrival to factory for collection and delivery.
• To prepare the Delivery order of the collection of finish goods.
• To coordinate with clients to collect the pallets future use.

Purchasing

• To check the balance supplies and work together with production to conclude purchasing.
• To issue purchase order for supplies/stock based on project and request.
• To follow up and coordinate with the supplier on the lead-time and arriving supplies/stock.
• To prepare the receiving report especially for base oil whereby received in iso tank.
• To keep updated with the suppliers on the cost.
• To update purchase order tracker and file of all the issued purchase order.
• To provide supervision and planning for import delivery until the end user.
• Prepare monthly inventory report. Monitor supplies/stock movement and update on daily tracker based on purchase delivery order and production system.
• Run outstanding delivery report.
• To compile purchase invoices and verify for payment.
• To compile invoices on any additional cost invoices related to delivery of stock.
• Monitoring on schedule stock audit with warehouse in-charge.
• To assist during year end stock audit.

Production Planning / Customer Service

• Close monitoring and planning inventory for customers products models to ensure sufficient stock to order for daily pull-card
• To liaise with inter-department for coordination
• Follow-up on all the urgent orders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with warehouse department on delivery matter.
• Ensure all orders received are within allocation and at the right price.
• Able to analyses and highlight abnormalities in orders and pricing.
• Assist in any ad-hoc project assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good verbal and written skills in English and Malay.
• Strong leadership and management skills, able to work independently, highly motivated, able to multi-task and teamwork oriented.
• Good level of computer literacy & knowledge in store inventory management system
• Good interpersonal skill, good decision maker and good communication skills (Purchasing and End Users)
• Wide variety of technical knowledge-maintenance spare will be an added advantage
