The main goal of the Business Analyst is to connect business requirements with technology solutions. This role focuses on examining business processes, spotting areas that need improvement, and creating insights based on data to aid in strategic decisions. The Business Analyst works with stakeholders to collect requirements, design solutions, and oversee their implementation, thereby enhancing the organization’s efficiency, productivity, and overall success.

**Job Requirements**:

- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and project plans.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Have technical literacy with Mobile Apps, System Integration and Database is a plus.
- Team player with positive working attitude and able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of project SDLC.
- Proactive and willingness to learn.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
