Position Summary:

We are hiring fresh graduates for the role of Junior Business Analyst, offering a full-time entry-level position. This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in business analysis.

Your Role:

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will:

  1. Assist the team in identifying business requirements, prototyping, testing, and supporting implementation processes.

  2. Support senior consultants in conducting business analysis and adopting best practices.

  3. Help implement and deploy ERP solutions for various industries and business needs.

  4. Participate in business process mapping and requirements-gathering sessions with clients.

  5. Prepare Business Requirements and Technical Scoping Documents based on mapping sessions.

  6. Contribute to functional requirements for application design.

  7. Develop and test detailed functional designs and prototypes.

  8. Assist in test planning, execution, and optimization.

  9. Provide support in troubleshooting issues during configuration.

Qualifications & Preference:

  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, computer science, or relevant fields.

  2. Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

  3. Good command of spoken and written English.

  4. Ability to work well under pressure and be a team player.

  5. Immediate availability is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
