**REQUIREMENTS**

**Delivery Core Tasks**:

- Execute core tasks for complex and nonstandard deals and contracts.
- Provide direct supervision and guidance to DCA agents to ensure efficient task delivery.

**Administration and Process Management**:

- Conduct performance reviews of DCA agents, addressing strengths and areas for improvement.
- Represent Deal and Contract Assist (DCA) on defined sales calls to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive operations to meet service levels, including overseeing the resolution of field escalations and internal elevations.
- Manage team capacity, both at the pod and individual levels.

**Subject Matter Expertise**:

- Represent DCA on defined sales calls, fostering effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to contribute valuable insights for process improvements.

**International Business Environment**:

- Possess experience working in an international business environment.
- Demonstrate excellent planning, organizing, and coordinating skills to navigate diverse and dynamic scenarios.
- Excellent seller-facing communication and engagement skills to build and maintain relationships.

**Attention to Detail and Issue Resolution**:

- Exhibit a keen attention to detail and a commitment to adhering to policies and processes.
- Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the delivery of services, ensuring seamless operations.
- Leverage analytical skills to deliver valuable insights, contributing to strategic decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Third-level degree in Business or IT-related areas, or equivalent experience working in a relevant operations or sales environment (such as sales operations or contract management).
- Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement, as this role involves communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,800.00 - RM6,800.00 per month
