HR Officer

Responsibilities:
- Perform the administrative process, etc.
- Assist the recruitment team to compile the Job Description of each employee.
- Perform data analysis for the Exit Interview Form.
- Dealing with Job Portal such as Job Street, etc.
- Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
- Other duties and responsibilities which may assigned by the company from time to time.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 2+ years of working experience as an HR Officer or a similar role in the HR department.
- Proficient in MS Office Tools.
- Good people management skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently.
- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethics.
