Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all employee documentation including personal files, contracts, letters, and statutory records in an organized and confidential manner
  • Administer and continuously update HR systems, databases, and internal HR manuals, policies, and procedures
  • Coordinate and manage the company's internship programme, including liaising with institutions, placement planning, onboarding, monitoring, and ensuring interns are assigned across all departments annually
  • Handle the full recruitment lifecycle, including manpower planning, job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, offer preparation, and onboarding processes
  • Coordinate staff training and development initiatives, including identifying training needs, liaising with training providers, scheduling, attendance tracking, and training records management
  • Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, internship, training, and staff records as required by management
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labour laws
  • Assist in daily HR operations and any ad-hoc HR-related tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Human Resources
  • Familiar with and able to operate Infotech HR system
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in using online statutory portals, including EPF, SOCSO, and HRDF
  • Strong understanding of HR documentation, recruitment processes, internship coordination, and training administration
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team
  • Must possess own transport and willing to travel when required
